About The Site
Socalweather.net is a non profit weather forecasting site made to serve
the people in Southern California with accurate detailed forecast. This site
is now officially the longest running independently run forecast site for SoCal
starting back in 2000. This site in no way relates to the NWS and all forecast
are made by someone who loves weather as a hobby and knows it better then some pros
for this region.

Biography |
Im 24 years old and have lived in Southern California
all my life. He graduated from Chaparral High School 2004 in
Temecula, California and just recieved a Assosiates in Geographic Science from
Palomar Community College. I forecast weather for the love I have for it and
for the people who rely on my knowledge on a daily basis. I currently live
in Murrieta, Ca.

Im certified by the NWS of San Diego and Oxnard as a storm spotter and a member under
Skywarn. I also have a certificate in Climatology. I have been forecasting
the weather in Southern California's unique climate since he was 12 years
old and is now one of the most respected weather specialist in the region.
SoCalWeather.net is run by Michael and has recieved amazing responses and
support from the So Cal communities. Im a Seasonal Forest Ranger under the
U.S forest service giving me background in Socal backcountry hiking weather
that many others dont have.
